The dorm is Cambridge House/West Quad at 541 Thompson Street, Ann Arbor, MI, 48109, about three blocks from the meeting location at 340 West Hall.

Upon arrival participants will need to contact the WQ community center at 734-764-0185 to be let into the building. This number is posted on every entrance.
Odds and Ends
Packets will contain a MCard to access both West Quad Cambridge and an Onity Card to access their individual rooms, a lanyard and key card pouch, and a business card that contains a link to Housing information. The MCard is also used to activate the elevator.
Participants can get into their rooms by swiping the white Onity key card and then punching in the four digits at the end of their MCard (that’s their pin). That will unlock their door. It will also be needed to enter the bathroom on their floor (if needed).

The West Quad Community Center is open between 8 am - 10 pm. Please reach out to the CC staff if you need any assistance during those hours.

If the Community Center desk is closed, please contact the Summer Conference Assistant on Duty at 313-694-0895. Should your staff be unable to solve a problem, the staff member can contact our duty staff member.
